Disclosures
Effective October 25, 2026 · Last updated October 25, 2026
Clear context supports better decisions. These disclosures explain how to interpret Orca Operating Partners’ website, insights, financial examples and references to other businesses.
General information and scope
Public articles, frameworks and downloads are intended to inform business discussions. They do not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting or securities investment advice, an audit or assurance opinion, a recommendation to transact in securities, or a promise of a particular outcome. The services and responsibilities of any engagement are set out in its written agreement.
Illustrative financial examples
Unless expressly identified as verified historical information, numerical scenarios, charts and calculator outputs are hypothetical illustrations. They are not Orca client results, appraisals, forecasts or guarantees. Outcomes depend on assumptions, implementation, market conditions and other factors. Review the labels, units, definitions and time periods before comparing measures.
The website’s EBITDA impact calculator estimates growth contribution using current EBITDA margin and applies the selected margin improvement to existing revenue. It does not capture every interaction, implementation cost, cash timing effect, tax or execution risk. Its ROI and payback measures are simplified illustrations, not investment-return commitments.
Historical experience and selected portfolio
References to leadership roles and prior employers describe the experience of Orca’s founder, including work performed before Orca engagements. The “Selected portfolio” section is a representative display of businesses associated with professional experience or business relationships; it is not a statement that Orca owns equity in each business or that every business is a current Orca client. It does not establish the scope, timing or results of a particular relationship.
Company names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself indicate endorsement, sponsorship, a continuing engagement or a formal partnership. Questions about the nature of a displayed relationship may be directed to support@orcaoperatingpartners.com.
Results and forward-looking statements
Any expressly identified historical results relate to their stated circumstances and period. Past outcomes do not guarantee future performance. Statements about opportunities, targets, future growth, margins or value creation involve assumptions and uncertainty; actual results may differ materially. A disclaimer does not replace the need to substantiate a factual claim.
Sources, attribution and editorial judgment
Orca Insights may draw on publicly available research and articles. Sources are identified where relied upon; Orca’s interpretation is independent and does not imply that the original author or publisher endorses Orca. External data and linked materials may change after publication. Readers should consult the original source for its full context, methodology and limitations.
Orca may use AI-assisted research, drafting or production tools. Publication under the Orca Insights Team byline remains Orca’s editorial responsibility. Examples presented as boardroom scenarios are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise; they should not be treated as accounts of confidential client discussions.
Relationships and potential conflicts
Readers should not infer that an external reference is an investment recommendation or an independent evaluation of a business. Material commercial relationships, sponsorships, compensation or ownership interests relevant to a specific recommendation should be identified with that content. A general disclosure here does not substitute for a specific disclosure where one is necessary.
Content ownership and use
Orca reserves the rights it owns in its original publications, graphics, templates, software and other protected materials. Permission to read or download a resource does not transfer ownership. Third-party materials and client-owned information remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Copyright does not give Orca exclusive rights over general ideas, facts, business methods or processes. See the Terms of Use for permitted uses and licensing requests. Confidential implementation materials require appropriate contractual and access protections; this public notice does not make published information a trade secret.
Written approval for reuse
Companies and other organizations must obtain Orca’s express prior written approval to reuse Orca-owned marketing, branding, content or protected proprietary process materials outside the limited uses permitted in the Terms of Use or by applicable law. Attribution or public availability does not by itself provide that approval. Contact support@orcaoperatingpartners.com for permission. General ideas, facts and business methods are not claimed as exclusive property merely by this notice.
